Does the idea of spending a few relaxing days sailing the beautiful waters around the Philippines on our stylish and comfortable sailing boat “Sea Feather” sound tempting?
We can tailor a sailing holiday for you, be it a day or so relaxing sail or a longer more adventurous trip.
I trained as a Navigating Officer in the British Merchant Marine and have sailed Yachts for more than 30 years. Sea Feather is an excellent sea worthy design and very comfortable to be on. The Captain and crew will make sure you have a happy and fulfilling time aboard Sea Feather.
We are easy to get to, the Internal Airlines and Ferry services between the Islands are really good and surprisingly inexpensive. Staying in the Philippines is easy, (English is almost universally spoken, even official forms are in English) inexpensive and despite attitudes formed by International News Coverage which only ever shows problems within the Philippines, you will, with just a little applied common sense, be relaxed and completely safe.
Just email us at magicmagicol@gmail.com and ask about sailing on Sea Feather.
(You might want to combine this with a Home Stay. Please see “Want to Visit the Philippines?”)
Hope to hear from you soon.
Colin and Gina Smith

Dear Mr. Smith,
Lindia Ridahalg, editor of LIVING ABOARD,sent me your message about wanting to chat with Cheoy Lee owners. Alas, I sold my Cheoy Lee a few years back, after 17 years of happiness with sailing her. My boat was a bit different from what I see in your pictures: sloop rig, additional hatches on top of coach roof, and I confess I have forgotten the designer. I had the boa built for me while I was in the Far East and shipped through Houston, TX to me sometime around 1985-6.
She was a fair boat and although I single handed her many years around the US, she never let me down. If I can be of any help, please let me know. I was in the PI in the 1960’s on military business, but have never returned.
Best wishes,
Jeff Stives
